In her prior company’s most recent fiscal year, she was the top billing recruiter and was regularly in the top five billing recruiters throughout her tenure. This makes Nicole’s deep market knowledge unique in the industry, an output of her numerous placements, diversity of candidate levels, and vast network. She excels at building and maintaining close relationships with law firms and candidates since she only works with the highest level of integrity and a very personalized approach. Client and candidate confidentiality is of the utmost importance to Nicole, and she understands that finding the best fit for both clients and candidates is what contributes to the long-term success of professionals and organizations. Prior to becoming an attorney recruiter, Nicole worked as a lawyer, providing her with the necessary experience to appreciate the unique needs of her clients and candidates.
Nicole holds a J.D. from Baylor University School of Law and graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. She regularly consults with ABA Journal & Law 360 to offer her market expertise.
