Lee joins Principle Recruiting, where he will focus on AmLaw 200 firms, across the Southeast. Lee is motivated by helping attorneys advance their career by providing unique opportunities to work at top law firms. Lee works directly with hiring partners and firm management on unposted opportunities by leveraging an extensive network from his time in the legal and debate industry.  

Prior to recruiting, Lee spent 7 years coaching college debate at Samford University, where his team won a National Championship. Coming from a higher education background, Lee understands the importance of focusing on elite candidates and their specific needs.  

Lee completed his JD from the University of Alabama School of Law in 2020.  He passed the 2020 Alabama BAR but opted to continue coaching college debate.  Given his education and background, Lee understands the legal industry and can work alongside both attorneys and firms towards a common goal of success.  

Lee graduated with a J.D. from The Alabama School of Law and a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest in both Classics and Political Science.
